Hare’s wiggle dubbing is perfect if you want some movement in your flies. It is a mix of micro fine rubber fibers and rabbit fur binder. Ideally used in a dubbing loop. Pick out trapped rubber fibers with a bodkin or brush for that buggy, leggy look.
